The company has a technical collaboration for manufacturing complete seating systems for automobiles with SNIC - Company Limited Japan. This agreement was signed on 17th Sep. 1991.

SNIC is a joint venture company with SMC - Japan (60%) and NHK-Japan (40%).

The Joint Venture (Financial Collaboration) agreement with Ashok Kapur & Associates, SMC and MUL was signed on 24th June, 1993.
